Team coaching: a question of the right timing
Nothing works anymore ... only team coaching helps! With a lot of effort, you manage to get everyone to do the mandatory team coaching. You breathe a sigh of relief - and hope that the team coach recommended to you will “fix it.” However, you have probably long since missed the right time. If you want to work with us, then get in touch earlier ... otherwise we could offer you coaching, but (for the time being) without the team!

- High performance and success phase (the best moment, dare this investment!)
- Initial phase (new boss or some new team members)
- Reorientation phase (e.g. before / after a reorganization)
- Consolidation phase (the beginning has been made)
